In hard economic times, we are not buying expensive gifts, we are figuring out how to make them instead. We are not going out to eat, we are remembering how to cook. Everything from crocheting afagans to raising a beef for the freezer, and filling jars with fruits, jellies and jams. Let's remember how our ancestors did it. It will save money and we can pass a part of our heritage down to our children

New Mexico Loses a Great Man
I was lucky enough to meet Governor Bruce King twice. He was an amazing man with remarkable skills. How he managed to remember me I will never figure out.
